shane, im full timing it with a 90s rock/grunge band with a little modern twist to the sound. As of now im playing a 6 pc mapex m birch kit with sabian xs20s. my snare with the kit was not cutting it so I went to a ludwig popcorn snare and put a remo reversed dot head on it, its not projecting and im not satisfied with the sound. im looking for something that will go well with the style im playing and at a reasonable price. nothing over 200. I need something thats going to project and get in somebodies face and is going to hold a good tuning. Help me out I want to do business with ya! I was looking at pork pie, mapex steel pic but I need something thats going to get out there but stay in the mix as well. Thanks!

When I get some time, I'd like to discuss what kind of drums my son should have. I know he has been looking at DW but I also know there are many choices out there. I just want to make a decision soon. A neighbor of mine is also selling his father's drums, but they are really old. I'll look at them over the weekend...

I'm interested in a set of decent drums for my son. He's been playing for a couple of years and has a beginner set. His birthday is coming up and I'd like to get him some better drums. What do you suggest? Thanks.

Thanks for the prompt call this morning Shane. Enjoyed our conversation
Can I get into a set of Sonor w/ cymbal pack Rider, spash & hats for around 2000
or do I need to explore the Ludwig we discussed in the 1250 to 1500 range ? w/ cymbal pack
Love the natural birch or light wood look.
Send Pics of what you have currently in stock for my review, along w/ your direct email

Regards
