Utilizing the wealth of research and data amassed during the initial six-year span of their ROF initiative, Canopus has taken significant strides in diversifying their already extensive range of sounds.
The ROF project reaches new heights in the form of the Jet-Black Aluminum Alloy model, boasting heightened responsiveness and exceptional impact as its core attributes.
Enhanced by an extended flanged bearing edge and a sleek matte black finish, unwanted overtones are minimized. This results in a sound profile that accentuates the mid-range and attack, while also shortening the sustain.
Included as a standard feature is a baseball bat-style 3-position inner muffler, adding an extra layer of sound variety and elevating the drum's overall playability.
Rounding out this drum are 1.6mm triple-flanged hoops, 10 Yaiba style lugs, Bolt Tight tension rod washers, and Canopus' chrome plated Vintage series wires.
