These Canopus Vintage Series Dry snare wires are custom-tailored to be a litter under 14" for the flagship Zelkova Snare Drum. Canopus Vintage Series wires were designed to closely resemble the snare sound and action of vintage Slingerland snare wires, taking several factors into account such as material, spiral diameter and pitch. The end result is a core thickness of 0.5 mm, a spiral diameter of 1.35mm and a pitch of 3.4 mm. Slap these bad boys on your Zelkova for the ultimate 60's vibe. These dry wires are crisp and responsive without too much spread.
