The DW 5000AH4 Single Bass Drum Pedal features a slightly smaller, retro footboard. The Single-Chain drive is the classic feel, that many of us at Drum Center of Portsmouth feel was lost when the delta 2 launched. This is the Drum Workshop bass drum pedal that built the legacy. The New Accelerator (AD4) drive system offers an eccentric motion that creates an indirect relationship between the sprocket and the footboard, increasing the velocity of the pedal by shortening the length of the stroke. It is recommended for situations that require increased speed and sensitivity.
