This Heavy Duty Tom/Snare Stand was designed to perform better than a standard snare stand for your rack tom. The rugged 9399 specializes in securely cradling your rack tom AND offering increased resonance by utilizing specially-designed Neoprene pads. These soft pads act as a cushion between the basket and the drum.
