More and more drummers these days are seeking out lightweight solutions for hardware and - more recently - for their drums. The demand for well-built, great sounding drums has not dwindled, however.
With this in mind, DW developed the new Performance Series Low Pro set. This USA-made, North American Maple shell kit is a fantastic solution for drummers who demand high-quality drums with a small footprint. Also, because some drummers desire a matching snare and others do not, and the Low Pro drum kits are offered as either 3- or 4-piece kits to accommodate this demand. The core 3-piece kit features 10x3 and 13x3 toms and a 20x3 kick drum. The 4-piece version also includes a 12x3 "snom" (convertible tom with snare wires) with stand.
At the heart of this kit is a unique, integrated bi-pod design for stability and optimal functionality. The stand acts as a bass drum stabilizer and tom stand, giving players the ability to set up quickly and into tight spaces.
A deluxe rolling carrying case is available separately. Stands and cymbals are sold separately.
