Evans EQ4 UV1 Coated Drumhead 16"
The 16-inch Evans UV EQ4 uses a single 10mil film layer for a responsive attack and full low-end sound. Its patented UV-cured coating provides a durable textured playing surface that also responds to brushes. A fixed internal overtone-control ring reduces unwanted resonance and concentrates the drum’s response.
This version uses a tom hoop for metal flange counter hoops. Level 360 technology promotes even bearing-edge contact for easier tuning. The sound combines a controlled low rumble with a defined attack and moderate sustain.
