Evans EMAD Calftone Drumhead 16"
This 16-inch Evans EMAD Calftone head recreates the look and warmth of calfskin with a synthetic construction. A single 12mil Mylar base is blended with a special fiber surface to bring out full middle and low frequencies while retaining definition in the attack.
The tom-hoop version fits metal flange counter hoops. Two externally mounted acoustic foam rings let you change sustain, attack and focus for a short, punchy response suited to lower and medium playing volumes.
