The revival of the George Way Drum Company by Ronn Dunnett in 2007 pays homage to one of America's most legendary drum manufacturers. This George Way Aristocrat Studio snare drum features a unique 4-ply, electronic-bonded maple/poplar shell with 2-ply reinforcement rings and 30 degree bearing edges. The thin, gloss finished shells produce a classically fat, warm tone with good sensitivity and a surprisingly deep fundamental pitch that will fit well in any musical situation. George Way hardware is top-notch and is finished with AAA chrome plating for unparalleled shine and durability. Rounding out this drum are the newly redesigned turret lugs; double-edged, double-flanged hoops; and Dunnett Res-o-Coat & Cristal drum heads.

This is a B-stock model that has a small crack in the lacquer between two lugs (see picture). The drum is fully functional and has not been damaged structurally at all. We are offering this model at a nice discount due to this blemish.
