Not Just an Instrument Mic—Engineered Specifically for Tomms

Equipped with Lauten's newly designed Super-cardioid capsule and dual-bias circuitry, Tom Mic captures pure, high-definition rack and floor tom sonics with maximum impact and tone while minimizing cymbal bleed.

This super-cardioid large diaphragm condenser capsule focuses on the source, the drum, with a circuit designed for high-dynamic range and an output level that melds well with preamps. The body is designed to allow proper airflow but also to reduce frequencies captured by the rear node.

Each Tom Mic has a solid brass headframe and mildew-resistant dust filter to protect against stick hits, dust, and debris.

Lauten's bleed-blocking head design and dual-bias circuitry work together to provide Tom Mic with up to 28dB of off-axis rejection. This means crisp, clear tom sounds with far less cymbal bleed than a traditional dynamic or condenser microphone.

Ships with Cordura bag and threaded hard mount.
