These Paiste 900 Series 14" Hi Hat Cymbals are created from Paiste's industry standard CuSn8 bronze alloy, and refined with Swiss craftsmanship by hand hammering and lathing. The stunning Black Color Sound finish is visually striking, and will turn all kinds of heads at your next gig. These particular hats are responsive with a fairly lively intensity and a compact stick sound. The medium top / heavy bottom hats produce an articulate and controllable sound with medium to loud volume that is bright, energetic, and suitable for a variety of genres. Black Paiste Cymbals? The Paiste 900 series have replaced the Alphas, and I really liked the Alphas. They seemed to be a bit of a sleeper in their line, and Paiste has employed some of the technology they've learned from the latest lines they've developed. Having the Colorsounds back make it even better. These sound awesome!
