To celebrate 75 years of drum-making excellence, Pearl brings back a legendary classic: the President Series Deluxe. This vibey 3-piece shell pack revives the warm, punchy tones and vintage styling of Pearl’s original 1960s President kits, while incorporating the modern durability and performance drummers expect from today’s Pearl drums.
Vintage Tone, Modern Reliability
At the heart of the President Series Deluxe is a set of Luan (Philippine Mahogany) shells, known for their dark, dry, and full-bodied tone. Each shell comes outfitted with adjustable internal tone mufflers, giving you the ability to control overtones and dial in that focused, retro thump.
Wrapped in classic ripple finishes, these shells ooze mid-century style, while the Remo USA CS Black Dot heads bring out the bite, growl, and warm punch of the shell’s voicing.

From the moment you see it, the kit screams vintage Pearl, with Silver Script badges, Battleship lugs, and a throwback bass drum logo that captures the spirit of the ‘60s. But make no mistake—this isn’t just a showpiece.

The kit includes 2.3mm SuperHoop II triple-flanged hoops, gullwing bass drum spurs, a kick-mounted cymbal holder, and T-rod bass claws—all built to withstand the rigors of today's performance and touring standards.
