Remo Emperor SMT Coated Bass Drumhead 22"

Remo Emperor SMT Coated Bass Drumhead 22"

The 22-inch Remo Emperor SMT Coated bass drumhead uses a 7mil layer and a 5mil layer with Sub Muffl Technology for a pre-muffled response. An external damping profile holds free-floating acoustic foam, controlling the sound while allowing the head and shell to retain their tonal character.

The design concentrates attack and low frequencies while reducing excess midrange and high overtones. Its broad tuning range suits live performance and recording. The SMT bass series is offered in sizes from 16 to 24 inches.
