Joining the legendary roster of drums, Rogers are proud to announce a new series of drums for today’s generation of drummers. The PowerTone Series has arrived. Inspired by the classic appointments of Rogers' legendary vintage drums, combined with today's technological drum building advancements has resulted in an affordable pro-line kit that's destined to be a legend itself one day in Rogers' storied history.
Fashioned after the vintage kits of the 1960s, the PowerTone series may look retro, but pack a decidedly modern punch that lives up to its name. Our proprietary Powertone 5-ply shell with reinforcement rings and precision cut bearing edges combine to make a shell that's warm and powerful sounding, while being superbly resonant and projecting with a wide tuning range. Its interior Fruitwood stain is a touch of class and a nod to some of the legendary drums in the long line of drums in Rogers' history.
Featuring double Beavertail lugs and Rogers' classic script logo badge, 2.3mm hoops, the PowerTone Series also features the new Ultra-Matic Tom mount, featuring a Hex L-Rod, with its complimentary Oval Plate Bass Drum Mounting Bracket and Oval Plate Tom Mounting Bracket combine to form a low-profile mounting system that is ultra-adjustable and lightweight, yet super sturdy and dependable.
