A Simple, Effective, No-Mess/No-Fuss Design For Keeping Drum Sustain Under Control!

After several years of development, Snareweight proudly introduces the new Fader F1 Series dampeners, designed for both top and bottom drum heads. These innovative dampeners allow drummers to precisely control sustain and damping levels using a dial ranging from 1 to 5, with an "off" position for no damping when necessary.

This slick little gadget is ideal for drummers aiming to tighten the sound of their toms – particularly floor toms (IYKYK) – while minimizing bottom head resonance, managing decay, and enhancing punch. These are especially beneficial for recording sessions, where close mics often pick up nasty overtones and 'boing-y-ness'.

USAGE: Adjust the slider to select varying degrees of head damping, including completely off. Additionally, a knob is provided to adjust the tension of the leather damper that contacts the drum head.
