Out of all the Die Cast Hoop Brands that are out, Tama is my go-to. By far, Tama is the most solid die cast hoop and that’s no offense to any of the other brands at all. It’s just my personal preference. The Pearl is also a very good choice as well. I love the strong rims shots when hitting the snare as the rim clicks (side shots).
