The Tama Starclassic Walnut/Birch is the sound we've been waiting for. The Birch/Bubinga kits were beloved but the notes were too quick for me. I wanted that boom, that explosive bottom. These have that. If you want the quick notes, you can get that with head selection. These drums are great!
