Tama hardware is highly regarded for its quality and stability. But sometimes you need a little extra stability – either for extremely hard hitting, or if the playing surface is uneven. To meet that need, we developed the Tama Stand Weight. By simply looping this weight around the tripod base of a stand, you can firmly stabilize the stand to any playing surface. Its hook-and-loop fastener makes setup quick and easy. And these weights can also be used inside of the bass drum, for a more controlled and tighter kick drum sound.
