Modeled after our famous Black Beauty, emphasizing optimal response, sensitivity, and dark warm tones. The Universal Metal Brass drum delivers a rich, dynamic range suitable for various tuning ranges and head combinations. Universal Metal drums are fitted with heavy duty tube lugs, P88i throw-off, P35 butt plate, and 20 strand snare wires. Quality and versatility to fit any budget! Black Nickel Die-Cast Hoops have a sharper attack and cut in more aggressive playing styles. Die-cast offers a loud, crisp, clean rimshot and cross-stick sound. Chrome-Plated Triple Flange Hoops have a balanced and controlled sound. Triple flange hoops offer a softer, more subtle rimshot and cross-stick sound.
