Used Vintage Slingerland Straight Cymbal Stand - Very Good

I bought three pieces of Slingerland hardware
in one order. Hardware is nice but all pieces had no rubber feet. I feel it would have been a small effort to install and include them before packing and shipping. As a first time customer this gesture would go a long way toward gaining my
loyalty and repeat business.
The service seemed impersonal.
