Vintage Slingerland Radio King Drum Set w/WFL Floor Tom

Slingerland's most famous product line is the Radio King series of drums! These drums are most likely from the 1930s. In that era, bass drums and toms were made from mahogany, with maple reinforcement hoops. Radio King snare drums were created from a single piece of steam-bent maple with solid maple reinforcement rings. The WFL Floor tom is most likely from the '50s and has a 3-ply mahogany, poplar, mahogany shell with maple reinforcement rings.

All the mufflers are intact and fully functional. The same goes with the spurs and cymbal arm attachments. The Slingerland bass drum pedal and throne, a WFL flat base snare drum stand, and cowbells and mounts are all included.

These drums had one previous owner! They are in good condition for their age with normal wear and tear. The floor tom is missing one tension rod. The snare drum has a dent in the hoop but it still functions fine. Normal heads seem to work on the floor tom. We would recommend vintage-style heads (Remo Classic Fit or Aquarian American Vintage) for the Slingerland drums.
