Wuhan Flat Chau Gong 36"

Explosive gong sounds are found in this Flat Chau gong. This is a new hybrid version that looks like a Chau (with a primitive earthy look) but has the flatter profile of the Wind gong. The sound is darker than a traditional Wind gong with controlled overtones and a quicker decay. Rock drummers will find this model to be quite a bit lighter to carry to gigs than the standard Chau gong!
