These are great sticks! I think that Meinl has a sure winner with these waxed sticks. I picked up a few pairs from Drum Center of Portsmouth and will no doubt get more. Hopefully Mienl will expand the choices, but you can't go wrong if you decide to try them
Phenomenal snare drum ! Very versatile drum. Don’t be fooled by the price. As long as you can properly tune a snare this drum sings from top to bottom range. Weighed more than I expected. A solid drum. I purchased a 14x6.5 version and was so impressed that I purchased a 14x5.5 less than a week later. It was hard to locate but of course…DCP had it in stock and it shipped in 24hrs. DCPIs The Best !

Classic Pearl hardware, built tough and smooth as silk when tightening the legs on. I won't put any other kind of bracket on my Pearl drums.
