the ludwig script worked out good. but I removed tie usa part.
I was looking for a snare with minimal overtones, and this delivers perfectly. Usually, I have to burn through various batter and snare side heads to achieve a classic 60's-70's sound, but this sounds great with the stock heads. Very pleased, and great staff at DCP!

That glossy clear head that looks crystalline and mirror-like, producing a bright, open attack with long sustain, 5 stars! Cleaner, more elegant look than my usual heads. And the snare response is noticeably more sensitive—tighter, more tonally defined, with great articulation.
