II like a firm seat for balance purposes. I've been disappointed by several throne tops I've tried because they've been too soft and don't provide stability. The DW seat top feels comfortable and is firm enough to provide stability.

Mapex has paid great attention to detail with this kit, down to the packaging. Arrived in heavy boxes with double wrapped shells and custom foam inserts to protect everything. The chrome is good quality. All the hardware is well thought out. Memory locks are included. The Scarlet Fade finish is a little blah but is beautiful just the same. The Walnut interiors are a nice touch. Comes with Remo Emperor heads, nice. Thin shells and no re-rings if that's your thing. Hardware inside the drums is minimal with single attachment at the lugs with shiny dark fasteners. Looks sharp I think. They sound like drums to me with perhaps a little more fundamental than a kit with thicker shells or reinforcement rings. My only gripe is that the floor tom legs on the 14" were about two inches too short. I made an extension for the feet out of PVC. Happy with the kit!

Very nicely made bag. Bag dimensions are "14x20", but I was relieved to find that just enough additional room is added to accommodate bass drum spurs (on the width) and the hoops and lug hardware (depth).

Excellent service and the best Roland V Drum module release yet! You get the same latest sound engine from their all levels of the new TD-31, 51 and 71! The TD-516 gives you a portable package with a solid bass drum which looks good enough for any stage. The 51 module also provides you 4 outputs so the front of the house engineer can control, cymbals, toms, kick, and snare. This is a very good sounding and sweet e kit!!

These Tama PowerPad bags are built well, goodlooking and fill a desired use. I never liked dumping my throne + seat top or my bass drum pedal in with the rest of my hardware. And now I don't have to.

Nice, easy to use, snare case for protecting your drums. I have two, one 6.5x14 standard and the 6.5x14 special case for the Rogers Dynasonic snare drum. The Rogers case has a groove to accommodate the Dynasonic snare mechanism. I recommend this case in any size!

Customer service is great and the drums pads are really awesome to muffle the drums while practicing. Very happy with our purchase and will always go here for our drums parts. We have never been disappointed.
