Paiste
This is a 14" Paiste 900 Series Hi Hat Bottom Cymbal only. Paiste 900 Series Hi Hat Cymbals are created from Paiste's industry standard CuSn8 bronze alloy, and refined with Swiss craftsmanship by hand hammering and lathing. A special darker finish amplifies the lathing grooves and hammer marks for a gorgeous appearance that blends roughness and elegance. These particular hats are responsive with a fairly lively intensity and a compact stick sound. The medium top / heavy bottom hats produce an articulate and controllable sound with medium to loud volume that is bright, energetic, and suitable for a variety of genres. The Paiste 900 series have replaced the Alphas, and I really liked the Alphas. They seemed to be a bit of a sleeper in their line, and Paiste has employed some of the technology they've learned from the latest lines they've developed. Having the Colorsounds back make it even better. These sound awesome!
