I bought this drum in December 2022 without planning to buy anything. I was just walking through the store and this drum caught my eye. I had heard a lot about the Merlin from British Drum Company, so I wanted to try playing it. I instantly fell in love and I bought it on the spot! It's the greatest sounding snare drum I've ever heard. I sold my old snare drum and now the Merlin is the only snare drum I have!
