Affordable way to add some spice to your kit. The volume on these isn't loud and the decay is very long. Things to keep in mind when considering adding a bell. I use nylon tip sticks so it's very sharp and bright.

Is it possible to have anything negative to say about a Van Kleef? The sound/look/feel. A truly versatile snare that sounds amazing at any tuning range. Can’t wait to pick up another!

I got this to be a Left Side Ride but it has so much of everything, it is the only 20" Ride I own that can carry the mail as a main ride.
Beautiful stick, wash, bell, and crash. Excellent.
